The red jasper snuff bottle has a smooth surface with slight shine. It has a circular shape tapering to a flat oval foot . The base of the foot is concave, as is the opening at the top, a good proof of bottles made in the late 1970's. The red jasper is prized for its deep brick-red coloration. This bottle has natural inclusions, streaks or mottling in black, brown and gray creating a beautiful piece that is pretty to look at the good to the touch. It is matched with a green agate on a black disk and a cork core and a bone spoon.
